Does not respect clearly and prominently displayed no soliciting signs, no soliciting HOA signs. Do not do business with them.

We have our solar panel installed by Advosy Energy AZ for 14 months now. I am not getting the significant savings that was presented to us. I only get an average of 10 to 15 dollar savings from our previous years bill. Sent an email to them lot of times but did not get any replies. Tried to call too, they just told me to wait few more months.

They are great, got me a great deal on solar and made the process super easy.

I had this installed on january 6th and its still not up and running. Do not use this company. I will now have a solar payment that i vant use and a SRP payment. They lie and do not follow through with their commitments to their customers. I filed a BBB complaint and I pray I get resolution. disgusting company. if they come to your door to try to sell you solar. Slam it in their face. Not worth it. Update: March 8th I still do not have working dollars panels. Do not use this company. I just made my 1st payment along with my SRP payment. They are crooks. Update: As of April 1st we are FINALLY connected HOWEVER the CEO Brandon and the President John are not replying to my text and emails regarding a promised check for the 1st 3 months of solar payment. With no replies from them for a week, after about 8 attempts of contacting them, I recieved 2 responses stating they are looking into it. And still no check. I have now decided to take them to small claims due to the ghosting from the president and ceo. I have NEVER had such a horrible experience. If you decide to go solar, research the company and go with a reputable business. Advosy energy is not the company you should choose. update: April 15 it has been one month since the CEO Brandon emailed me stating his accounting department is mailing me a check for the first 3 payment of my solar bill due to lack of completion prior to solar payments starting. I have not recieved the promised check and the President is asking for my patience so they can "research" why I haven't gotten the check. I have an easy answer for John, because it was never sent. I will continue to update this review as it is important for potential solar customers to know who they could be dealing with.
